“Really pleased with the bears, excellent quality and party packs were great value. Excellent customer service as all questions were answered before I placed my order and order arrived within 2 days. The children loved making the bears too which were not too tricky to stuff!!!! Thank you, highly recommend. 😀”

“Beautiful bears with excellent service & prompt delivery. I had 10 very happy children. Thank you. My only issue was the t-shirts did not fit the shape of this bear sadly. So will return.”

“Be my bear could not have been better. I ordered some bears and got in touch to ask about getting some custom t shirts for them. Nicola on email was so helpful. I got some awesome t shirts designed and a very nice free gift. The service could not have been better - it means so much when a company goes the extra mile. THANK YOU!”

Hi Jamie, We're very sorry to hear about your issues with the bear your received. Hopefully I am able to help you sort everything out. Firstly you mention there is some sort of glue on the front of the bear, this sounds very unusual and we'd welcome you emailing a photograph of the issue to enquiries@bemybear.com so this can be passed on to the factories making our bears to see if it was an error during production. For any issues with bear quality we are more than happy to exchange the bear for you, and we can email you instructions on what to do next once we have the photos of the problem. You also mention about the Velcro not sticking, occasionally we have reports of this when chatting to customers who have called on the telephone. Often on most of our bears a protective piece of material is added on the course side of the Velcro to stop it rubbing on little hands and I think this may be the case with your bear. You should find that the protective material can be peeled off and the Velcro will work as intended. “My daughter loves her little 8 inch teddy and it’s great that she can dress it up too. This is the perfect site, the range is great and she tries to dress her teddy to match her own clothes so there’s some cute little choices. Please keep doing more, I don’t where else to buy these tiny clothes from! It would be great to broaden your range and accessories!”
