“Exceeded my expectations, was really lovely placed in a box, didn’t realise it came with a gift bag, and a nice paper bag with the sound machine in. Was just a lovely suprise when it came looking so nice. It’s a gift so I can’t comment on the actual sound machine working etc.”

“I was very pleased that my bear kit arrived promptly and was well packaged. It is a present for a grand daughter. I know that Be my Bears are relatively easy to stuff and complete and that she will be able to do it herself with just a little supervision.”

“There was a problem with delivery through no fault of the company. Nicola was amazing, excellent communication and ensuring delivery in time for my daughter’s birthday through another dispatch. Products good quality and as described. I would happily recommend this company.”

“Brought a unicorn teddy for my niece and she loved it! The teddy was lovely and soft and she enjoyed making it. Good value for money and love you can add the extra bits to it. Would definitely order again. Thanks”

“Great, quick service. Box arrived very battered but contents were all there and not damaged. The kids loved making their teddies which were of much better quality that I had anticipated and the additional bits such as a wishing token, gift bag and birth certificate really helped to make it special. Thank you. Would highly recommend.”

“I’ve bought 2 lots of the bears for a party later in the year. They look lovely and I’m sure the Brownies will love them ! 1 was missing but that was rectified quickly and efficiently by the customer care team. All good so far !”

“Such a lovely idea for a party. My daughter had a brilliant time at her 7th birthday party with a collection of bears for her to make with her friends. We also got T-shirts for them to all decorate. Such great customer service too!”

“5 stars is not enough, wanted a teddy bear to put a small vial of my father's ashes in so could still hold him. Loved the product and simplicity of use that I ordered some more for my friends kids so they can have their own teddies. Delivered quicker than expected as well.”
