“Beautiful gift. Bought this for my 7 year old niece she absolutely loved it. Loved making it then dressing it in the beautiful pjs I ordered for it. Would highly recommend.”

“Excellent service. The item we wanted was out of stock so I registered to be notified once it was available again. I duly received an email when it was back in stock and placed my order. We are delighted with the quality and fit of the outfit and so is our travel bear! The only problem was that we live overseas so delivery was slow and Customs charges high.”

“This is my second order now my first was a memory bear with recording which you don't stuff and my second was 2 bear stuffing kits for my children, the quality is amazing, the bears are so soft and the customer service is amazing when I messaged as I forgot about a bank holiday and needed them before we went away. My daughter wants a build a bear party so will be ordering for that too! Thank you!”

Hi Natasha Thank you so much for taking the time to review our product and services. All our teddy bears and animals com with a one-way zipper closure for safety reasons to ensure that young children are unable to access the stuffing. However if you do need to re-open the bear for whatever reason, we have a tip for you. Just insert a needle or open paper clip into the eye of the zipper and you can ease it down carefully and then close again using the same process. Hope that helps if you feel your ted needs a little more or a little less stuffing or you want to enjoy the whole make-a-bear experience again ! I am glad you were pleased with our customer service and that delivery was quick. Once again thank you for your revie w.

“Wonderful company!! I used their website to place an order for my daughter's 9th birthday. The website is really easy to navigate and straightforward to use. I also contacted via email and phone due to a question I had and they were really quick and helpful to respond! The quality of products and the accompanying items are great quality!”

“I've ordered a few packs of Panda's for my daughter's Birthday and there was an issue with the website as they were out of stock but it still let me order them. Dawn was quick to spot the issue and provided a few different options, that suited my daughter's preference. He went the extra mile and added a few extra pieces of clothing not only for the birthday girl but also for her friends. The package arrived really quick and it was wrapped with care.
