Hi Natasha Thank you so much for taking the time to review our product and services. All our teddy bears and animals com with a one-way zipper closure for safety reasons to ensure that young children are unable to access the stuffing. However if you do need to re-open the bear for whatever reason, we have a tip for you. Just insert a needle or open paper clip into the eye of the zipper and you can ease it down carefully and then close again using the same process. Hope that helps if you feel your ted needs a little more or a little less stuffing or you want to enjoy the whole make-a-bear experience again ! I am glad you were pleased with our customer service and that delivery was quick. Once again thank you for your revie w.

“Wonderful company!! I used their website to place an order for my daughter's 9th birthday. The website is really easy to navigate and straightforward to use. I also contacted via email and phone due to a question I had and they were really quick and helpful to respond! The quality of products and the accompanying items are great quality!”

“I've ordered a few packs of Panda's for my daughter's Birthday and there was an issue with the website as they were out of stock but it still let me order them. Dawn was quick to spot the issue and provided a few different options, that suited my daughter's preference. He went the extra mile and added a few extra pieces of clothing not only for the birthday girl but also for her friends. The package arrived really quick and it was wrapped with care. “My girls are looking forward to making and loving their penguins on Christmas camp. We have just however made a sloth and frog on a recent camp that are beautiful and loved. This is what made me order another Animal and decided on the penguin.”

“It's absolutely adorable. It ended up being really expensive because of taxes and everything but it was worth every cent. As recording, I used the actual scene the bear came from (of course), and it just makes me really damn happy.”

“I bought a selection of bears for my daughters birthday party. They were really lovely quality and had good easy to follow instructions. The girls all enjoyed making their bears and we’re very happy with the end result. The customer service from Be My Bear was great and I was very impressed with ease of ordering and the speed of delivery. Would definitely recommend.”

“I just wanted to say that the unicorns arrived in time for the party and the children absolutely loved making them. All the parents said what a great idea it is for a party so I’m sure you will be getting lots more orders over the months! Thanks again for all your help with this, probably the best customer service I have received. Thanks also for the little outfit you sent, my daughter was totally chuffed with the outfit for her unicorn.”
