“I had occasion to ring them about a missing package. This actually was a mix up by Royal Mail. Staff I spoke to were help[ful and extremely nice to talk to. Great sounding people”

“I recently purchased 6 bears for a small party for my daughters upcoming 7th birthday, the bears arrived quickly and are fab, beautiful quality bears I'm a very happy customer and will definitely purchase again when our youngest daughter gets also very quick delivery was an added bonus so thank you 😊”

“My daughter loved making her unicorn last year for her birthday so much so she wanted to do it again this year. The toys are gorgeous and the extras are great. The kids particularly enjoyed the idea of the passport for their toy. Great product, great service. Would definitely recommend them.”

“We get these bears every year for the kids and they absolutely love them and look forward to them every year.
