“I have shopped at Beggs both on-line and at their local shop. Staff at the shop are pleasant and helpful without pressurising you. On-line shopping is straightforward with helpful comments re sizing and I have not yet been disappointed. Delivery via Royal Mail is prompt and certainly arrives far more quickly than other services. The note from the packer is a nice personal touch.”

“I found a shoe in an Edinburgh shoe shop I really liked but they didn't have my size. On the bus heading home I searched for them online and found Beggs Shoe shop had the size I need. They responded very quickly, and two days later the shoes arrived. They're perfect. So, thanks to Beggs for stocking large sizes and for sending the order so promptly. Now I know where the shop is, I'll try and visit in person, and see what else you've got.”

“I went shopping at your Inverurie shop and found a pair of slippers that I liked. Unfortunately they did not have the colour I liked but offered to get them for me and would deliver them direct to my home address within a few days. Sure enough these turned up a few days later having been posted from their shop in Lerwick. Great service from a family run local company.”
