“I went into Beggs in Inverness feeling frustrated - totally unable to find slippers that are both comfortable and practical for going up and down lots of stairs. The staff were so friendly and attentive, and found me a pair which literally feel like a hug for my feet! When the colour I preferred wasn't in stock, it was possible to order them, with free delivery to my home - and they arrived the very next day! All round excellent experience!”

“I am over the moon with my purchase of new Ladies shoes, was very dubious ordering from Beggs (as my family tells me to be careful online) but I will definitely order from Beggs shoes again the service was second to none I was kept informed of the delivery & my parcel arrived in excellent condition on the due date & time with all instructions inside the box (returns label etc,.) what great & very quick service Many thanks BEGGS”

“I needed to buy new shoes which would support my feet properly. On 30th January, I visited your shop in Inverness as I had admired the shoes my sister in law was wearing which she had bought at your shop recently. The assistant was very helpful and understood my needs, saying she could understand clearly as she also had a similar foot problem and produced the style of shoe I had seen! She also showed me special insoles which she strongly recommended I should wear. I love the shoes and the insoles which I wear in my casual indoor shoes as well as those I purchased from you. Thank you to the assistants who were extremely helpful.”

“Initially I got in touch by email to ask some questions about the Legoro - Novara Hi Gtx boots, I got a reply very promptly, so then I ordered the boots, they arrived in two days, with a wee hand written note to thank me for my business, nice touch, A very positive purchase, the boots are great and comfy, and 100% waterproof which is needed as I am a dog walker, very happy with my purchase and dealing with Begg Shoes. Thank you ☺️”

“I recently bought a pair of Rieker shoes as I already have a pair and they are so comfortable. The service from this vendor was excellent and the parcel came quickly. Unfortunately, the shoes were too narrow for me and I had to return them. This was also a very simple process and I would definitely use Begg shoes again.”

“My mother M, 95 yrs young visited the Inverurie shop and was served by Kate. My mother has a very slim foot and shoes are always a problem to purchase. Kate was amazing, you could not fault her service and time spent with Mum. It is important the shoes were the correct fit and this supports her when walking and prevents falls. Nothing was too much trouble for Kate and we can’t thank her enough. Mum purchased one pair on the day and ordered another. No wonder people are travelling from Aberdeen to visit Inverurie assistants are just so friendly & accommodating. Thank you Kate you are a star ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️”
