“Purchased two sets for presents for different people but they both came in one box (normally good as saving packaging) but needed in separate box’s, contacted customer services and they were excellent and sent two separate box’s - great service will shop with them again and would recommend Beer Hunter”

“Ordered 24 beers. One bottle arrived smashed. DPD delivery man acknowledged this and took photo. I also took photo and sent to Beer Hunter. They say they need photo of box too, but I threw it out as drenched in beer and had shards of glass in it. They are being so petty over less than £3. Unbelievably bad customer care in my view. Poor packaging too.”
