“Positives were price of product and ease of ordering, also great variety of products. Negatives, paid nearly £5 for delivery of 3-5 days and was 7 days before I received it, communication was slow and couldn’t change delivery address with supplier. Great product at a good price but supply chain could be improved.”

“Ordered my beer on Wednesday night for next day delivery only to get it on Saturday and was give £2 refund for delivery should of gave me free delivery the amount I bought very poor”

“I ordered one of the British Mixed Ale packs as a gift and, while I can't comment on the beer, I have to say from a customer service perspective I couldn't be happier. Delivery communication was great and my order was delivered in plenty of time. Very happy customer who will no doubt order again, for myself this time!”

“Ordered the jack daniels fathers day set and one of the glass bottles of coke was smashed therefore everything else in the box was sticky and the card i payed for was ruined and contaminated. They sent out a new box with the coke in however the outside of thebottle of jack daniels was ruined and didnt get no refund or replacement so not the best for my first purchase from beer hunter:(”

Hi James I am sorry to hear there was an issue with your order, i can see Customer Services were contacted and advised the coke damaged the item. A replacement box and the cans were replaced. I can see no mention of damage to the Jack Daniel Bottle.

“Don't advertise what you don't have. It wastes the customers time and yours. It took two days from point of order to advise you had no stock. You get one star for reimbursement promptly. It is difficult to have a German themed evening without German beer.”

“I ordered the set of 12 bottles of Menabrea with the official Menabrea glass. My husband had asked specifically for this glass and this was to be his Father’s Day present. However, when my order arrived, there was no glass! I have called and emailed, to which a lady kindly said she would send out a glass, but I still have not received it. I could have bought the beer from my local supermarket but chose BeerHunter for the glass. His Father’s Day was ruined”
