“My first order with Beerhunter, and although sadly(!) - the beer I wanted wasnt in stock, they were on to this stariaght away, keeping me informed throughout the process and, in fact, the order still arrived very quickly, in spite of that - and also the Bank Holiday in between. Great communication and service, with class packaging too! Oh, and the beer? Wonderful! So many beers to choose from, but I'll be back again...”

“Ordered 2 erdinger glasses from beer hunter which took a bit longer than expected to arrive. However I was informed of the delay and order was received well packed. Happy with purchase”

Thanks for the review, we are usually quicker at despatch but recently we have had a higher than usual volume of orders due to the Bank Holiday's and Father's Day which has made our despatch times slightly longer. Hopefully quicker for you next time 😊🍻

“This was my first purchase with BH. As a non drinker it's not the obvious place to go but I found an interesting few no/low alcohol at a decent price. When I bought my beer I had noted that delivery was slower than sites I normally buy but after 6 working days no beer. Contacted customer service who told me they were busy and my beer had been delayed - they should have done that much earlier. Anyway my contact spurred them into action and it arrived the following day”

I have checked your order and can see it was despatched on the 5th working day, we are usually much quicker than this unless we are experiencing a higher volume of orders or there are stock issues.
