“Last year we visited St Ives and discovered the Grand Cafe Bier Huis, a veritable cornucopia of Belgian beers. Returning home, we searched for somewhere to buy stocks of the same and thankfully found Beer Hunter. Their range of beers is incredible and caters for all tastes. “I have been asked to review my order Due to the order being damaged in transit by the courier the order was cancelled. I was asked would I like it replaced or refunded. I opted for a refund which was promptly received. Better luck next time”

Hi Neil Apologies, the email was sent in error and this will be investigated by our technical team. We use specially designed inserts for our shipments which are courier approved and we have every faith that our orders will arrive as they are despatched, and I am sorry this has not been the case for you. We are a small family run company who prides ourselves on quality products, service and delivery and I am truly sorry the latter has let us down. “Had an issue placing the order initially between the suggested dates, and when I tried to order it on the day, it was unavailable. I checked again the following day and thankfully it was available so was able to make a purchase. The advertising was incorrect but was able to eventually place an order. Items were delivered by DPD and everything was in good order and securely packed, so thank you.”

“I ordered a box of Hacker Pschorr bottles from Beer Hunter one Wednesday evening when getting thirsty and the package arrived some time on Friday in time for beer O'clock. Bottles were very well packaged with a bespoke cardboard inserts. Nice beer too and great selection at Beer Hunter of all the obscure beers you don't find at your local supermarket and off licence. Cheer !”

“A treasure trove of beer, especially German beers, at an affordable price. Have used this site a dozen times at least and never had a problem with delivery or quality of product. Couldn't recommend higher.”

“Ordered the erdinger non alcoholic 12 pack with free glass and was not disappointed when I received my package was kept up to date about the order every step of the way and would recommend to family and friends, great company and swift delivery and most of all quality products”

“Great service, quick delivery, good value and choice, BUT terrible packaging. I ordered a mixed case for a present and thought it would arrive in a nice box but no. The recipient was still very happy. "You don't drink the packaging" as he said!”

Thank you for ordering with Beerhunter, I am sorry you were not happy with the packaging. We use our Beerhunter branded boxes and the specially designed inserts as they are approved by our courier meaning we have less breakages and our beer arrives in perfect condition to you.
