“Excellent communication, my order was out of stock and I was called and offered a refund. When I asked if I could wait until it came back in they said yes and kept me informed of the order status via phone until my items were delivered”

“My favourite beer at a great price One bottle of 24 was accidentally damaged .... that's life .... refund given for that bottle in less than 24 hours !!! Now that is good company value and ethic !! Will be back to order more !”

“Great value. Parcel delivered promptly and no issues at all with delivery. It was a present for a friend so I can’t comment on the quality of the beer but she seems delighted (well it’s free beer - who wouldn’t be delighted!).”

“Unable to purchase Blue Chimay in any UK supermarket my only option was to purchase online. Beer Hunter offered the best all inclusive price (including delivery) I could find. I'll probably be making another purchase when my current stock has run out.”

“My product never arrived. I had a confirmation email to say it had been delivered which was incorrect. I tried to call customer service and every time it said noone was available, I tried to email and the message bounced back. I then I got this email to ask me for a review?! Finally managed to get through to someone via the sales number instead, they were helpful on the phone and said they would investigate - but I still dont know what happened to the parcel, other than it is lost. I was told another one would be posted to me to arrive Thursday morning and guess what, nothing has arrived, and I am £65 out of pocket! I'm too cross and dissapointed to put into words, I want my product to arrive and I want a full refund. This was for a gift that I wanted to give today.”

Good Afternoon, Please accept my sincere apologies for the issues you have experienced, I will be looking into the issues with you being able to contact us directly. With regards to your order, I understand that the original parcel was lost within the couriers network and I am trying to rectify this, a new parcel was dispatched to you as soon as I was aware of the issue and is due to be received tomorrow, I will be personally tracking this with them to ensure there are no further issues.
