“I have used BeerHunter a few times now. I love the choice of beer. I love the customer service and delivery. I ordered some gifts for friends this time, bit of a downside in one gift pack, the glass was broken. Massive upside a new one foc was despatched and arrived within a couple of days. Brilliant.”

“This is hilarious, I Can’t review the actual glass as the delivery didn’t arrive! Perhaps not even a BeerHunter issue - I think Hermes are having a mare. Hoping for delivery or a refund soon!”

“Still haven’t received item after ordering on the 23rd nov, customer service have been good with getting back to me but still no item, and still no update from delivery service, paid £4.95 for delivery between 3-5 days, that clearly has not happened!”

“I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and was sent the incorrect order with a completely different beer. Having made the customer service team aware they quickly arranged for DPD to collect the incorrect order from my house practically the next day. However, although I was informed I'd receive my correct order ASAP it has still not arrived over a week since making you aware. This is really disappointing and I'd have expected you to prioritise fulfilling my order promptly given how quick you arranged to collect from me. The correct order link still shows Hermes as waiting to receive this from beerhunter since a link was sent to me 5 days ago.”

“The concept is great, the delivery is terrible. Still waiting. Had 5 attempts grom Hermes last week, the parcel arrived with 2 bars of chocolate, saying sorry order I'd not ready. Its a 60th birthday present 🎁. I'm embarrassed attending a party with no gift.”

“Ordered 4 cases of beer from here for 1 week later to receive 1 case! After spending over an hour contacting DPD thinking it was a delivery issue to then later find out it was beerhunter only sending 1 case even tho I had paid for 4 and was still plenty left in stock at this time! By the time they got back to me to tell me that the beers I had ordered had now sold out and they did not know when they would get them back in so they would just refund me for the 3 cases I never received which is fair enough but offered no compensation for my time wasted and the fact that I had bought these as gifts for Christmas and literally can’t get them anywhere now! Unbelievably poor service!”
