“The product was fine, but i paid extra for a next day delivery which did not happen and it ended up being 2 days late for my friends birthday.”

“Great selection of beers. However, customer service was very poor on 2 occasions. Once qhen the company advertised a discount. I ordered the beers but the discount wasn't showing. Customer service did say they would look into it but never got back and the discount expired On the second occasion the courier left the beers at the bottom of the stairs and not outside my front door. I have hip issues and lift heavy weights. I got in touch with customer services asking them to tell the courier they had made a lousy delivery. Beerhunter again never followed up. So I now shop elsewhere.”

“Absolutely brilliant service and the personalised box that my wines came in made a beautiful gift for my parents’ anniversary. Even the wooden box was perfect. Very happy with the products and best of all the gift just made my parents anniversary even more special.”

“We haven't had the beers yet (I'm sure they'll be perfect). I had a lot of conversations with the Customer Service team due to volume I was buying, nothing was too much trouble, they were quick to respond & extremely helpful with any & all questions. “Always a pleasure to buy from Beerhunter. Great choice of beers worldwide and prices to suit everyone. The Octoberfest selection this year is fantastic with the well known breweries of Munich featured and a few rather more obscure ones too. Speedy fulfilment of orders and another plus is they use DPD for their deliveries, by far the best couriers in the country”

“Product is fine, service poor. I paid extra for “next day” delivery but it took 3 days. When I complained (because it was a birthday gift) didn’t get apology, my order was not “pulled through “ so that made it alright.”

Hi, I am sorry you feel that the service is poor, as previously investigated your order was processed at 12.18, missing the 12pm cut off for next day delivery. The order was despatched on time the following day and delivered next day. Customer services did explain this and expressed that they were sorry to hear you were disappointed, no contact was made to inform you of delivery as it was made on time. It is great to hear that you are happy with the product.
