“Glass ordered ok, but the glass itself was packed in a stupidly large box - could have fitted at least a dozen glasses in it. A conplete waste of packaging. And, as this is a gift, I now have to find a suitable box to wrap it in. Delivery was quick, though”

“I bought a beer voucher for my son-in-law and asked for it to be sent on his birthday. He still hasn't received it and my emails asking what is happening are not replied to. Beerhunter do not answer to their customer service phone.”

Hello, I am extremely sorry that your son has still not received the Gift Voucher purchased. I have flagged this with our IT team to find out why this has not been received, I will ask them to resolve this urgently. Also I am sorry that you have not been able to reach anyone, our contact details are shown on our website along with the email address, I have checked and can not see that we have received anything from you but I apologise if you have tried.
