The beers were good except one bottle was broken in transit, I contacted you about this Left a message but got no return call.

I've now had three orders with Beerhunter. So I now thought best to write a review after more than one order. There seems sometimes a bit of a disconnect between sales and the warehouse at times as incomplete orders have arrived without any explanation. However once I've spoken to people, they have promptly corrected the order with extreme urgency. One of these issues was with the item being out of stock. Therefore only part received, which was corrected. Maybe they can comminucate with more accuracy through the whole process, As the email confirmed order receipt and then a tracking number. No explanation of a part shipment. I would love to give them a five but they use the Post Office to deliver and that can be a bit hit and miss. I will certainly order from them again as the product is good and when you can speak to a human there is a willingness to get things sorted promptly.

I have never left a review for any company before but have been so incensed by Beer Hunter's appalling service I felt the need to post something. I placed 12 orders with them last week and stressed that this was for a special celebration and the orders needed to arrive on the 10th June. Despite loads of phone calls & emails chasing to see where the orders are, they have failed to respond. Save yourselves loads of frustration and disappointment

Ordered and they said they had dispatched to Royal Mail. I tracked it and Royal Mail never received it. BH offered a refund but no explanation as to what went wrong. After 5 days no refund so had to go through PayPal to get my money back. Then got the refund the following morning Quick to take your money but not quick to return it When there’s a problem Would never use again!

I ordered a Rochefort Gift set, it arrived with a broken glass, I wrote to advise this. A week later I was asked for a photograph of the damage and explained that I had thrown it and the box which was full of shards away. I heard nothing in response.

Ordered two weeks ago via amazon. Received shipping notification a week later. Parcel has never been handed to Royal Mail despite the tracking number. Not received order, out of pocket and they do not reply to emails. Avoid.

Ordered and paid on 28th March. Didn't get an email confirmation of my order and had to call to check its status. Finally notified of delivery on 6th April but this was again delayed by a day. I understand the company is under pressure but communication could be better. Products themselves are very good and as advertised.

Have ordered before from beer hunter This time order did take a little longer & 2 bottles of beer missing probably due to these unprecedented times Called & said thy would credit but have not as yet Tried to log on but can’t as email or password not recognised Would create a new account but last beer I ordered no longer available & I can get the other beers on offer elsewhere Hopefully all will be better after Covid

Similar to the previous poster - Would not recommend at all. I placed an order a week ago, and while the payment was instantly processed, I didn’t receive any receipt or confirmation from the company, worryingly. Given the current Covid-19 delays/issues, I left it a few days to see if I would get any communication or if the gift would ship. 5 dats later, still nothing - so I had to chase it up myself. Eventually, I got a response about website issues. However, clearly from the reviews here, this has happened before. I eventually got my money back but have missed the birthday that this was a gift for. I’d be very wary!

I placed an order over £60 on 04/04/20, but never received a confirmation email. I have tried to contact them by phone and email and still no response. They have taken my money and now I have to hope they will ship my order in due course. I do understand the situation we are in at the moment but to be left without even knowing you have received my order is unacceptable !
