“Placed order for next day delivery. Unfortunately this did not happen. I contacted Beerhunter who refunded the delivery charge. When package did arrive, box was torn and looked like it had been dropped. Not good when you have beer and glass in it. However, It was as described and happy with this. Possibly look at who handles your deliveries, As that has let you down. But I would buy again from Beerhunter as good value for money on the wide range of products.”

“I ordered a personalised keepsake gift for my partners 30th birthday, when it arrived it had a severe typo. I immediately called, left various messages and also sent an email. Their reply was so slow that his birthday had passed by the time they got back in contact. Would not recommend.”

“Such a brilliant service. The courier delivered a damaged smashed package. I rang Beer Hunter who without hesitation ordered me a replacement order which was delivered the day after. They were even concerned with my safety with the damaged delivery. Great service, great beer and great prices”
