“I've got to say the option was next day delivery and yet it took 3 weeks to get to me with no communication in between. I had written it off and thought it was maybe a scam.”

“Good range of beers, german is my favourite. Expensive per pint but I consider it worth it. Packaging Is much improved and communication and tracking is good. Yes - v good and glad to recommend.”

“My wife ordered me a box of chimay at £50 which the company say was delivered, but we did not receive it. This company have decided just to close the claim without any real help to resolve the issue. we have no way of finding out what has actually happened to the goods. now we are £50 down with no goods and no way of solving this problem as they are denying responsibility. There is no way i will be buying from this company again, absolute scam.”

Good Morning I am sorry you are experiencing a delay. I can see this is being looked into by Customer Services to obtain more information from DPD. I can also see Customer services have contacted you a couple of times with no response.

Hi Nicola I am sorry you are experiencing a delay, i can see on the delivery history a couple of attempts were made. As no one was home it was returned to sender. I know DPD contact the number and email address added in the order. Customer Services have also tried to contact you on a number of occasions and are waiting to hear back from you.
