“Disapointed that the real ale advent calendar I purchased came damaged with alot of the doors already open. Not a cheap gift either. I expected it to come in a much better condition.”

Hi Emma, I am sorry you are not happy with the product received. All products leave here in perfect condition and we are unfortunately at the mercy of the courier to deliver these in good condition, by way of an apology I will post out to you a gift voucher that you can use against any future orders you may want to place. “Product looks great however when delivered all the internal packaging had collapsed and had to take it all apart and re assemble. It was lucky no bottles had broken and they were all loose”
