“Product range is good, but service very poor. Ordered on a Wednesday and paid for next day delivery. Item was not delivered until Saturday. Emailed requesting both information and a refund of the delivery charges, however have still not heard from them.”

“I was very excited about receiving my gift for my husband, but soon very disappointed when my parcel arrived, because it was the wrong glass. Only a glass I know, but the glass was the reason for ordering my gift. Gonna just be a nightmare to return please receiving my refund in time to re-order again with the worry of receiving the wrong one again. So ordered the glass from somewhere else and I’ll put the right glass in the gift!”

“Ordered a cloudwater festive pack, which according to the photos contained a cloudwater glass and 4 cans of cloudwater beer. I received a beer hunter glass, 3 cans and some pretzels. On re-reading the small print it does state a beer hunter glass and 3 cans. However given the photo clearly displays a cloudwater glass, which is the main reason I made the purchase, I am very disappointed. I have also made contact through the website and had no reply. Poor advertisement, poor communication. Will not be shopping here again.”

I can see that we have 2 different gift packs on our system so it looks like you have been sent the wrong pack, I have looked into this and I can not see any emails from your regarding this matter. Hi Caroline, I have looked into your order, we received this at 21.07 on 02/12 so was picked up on 03/12, this was dispatched from us on 04/12 within our 5 day delivery times. Unfortunately it looks like the delay was with the courier on this occasion. Thanks Paula

“Next day delivery took 4 days and no answer to my email. Very disappointing ‘gift set’ - just a box with 3 beers and a glass in so way overpriced. Cans were also sticky.”

“Total rubbish ordered on 24th November and no delivery, I tried emailing and got no reply, I had to ring over a week later and they dispatched my order. when it arrived it was incomplete Now waiting for a refund”

“If I could have given you a zero I would have, £25 for 2 cans, a glass & some pretzels. And don’t get me started on the ‘personalised box’ any child with a printer could have made that. Wish I’d known what I was buying beforehand as I would have gone to the coop and saved myself £20. Now I’ve got to go and get another present cause I can’t show up with this shower! Top work you’ve ruined my Christmas.”

“Ordered advent beer calendar showing next day delivery. Arranged to be at home address to await delivery. Delivery didn’t arrive so phoned beerhunter. Beerhunter said advent beer calendar hadn’t been dispatched yet and so could be delivered to my work address. 4 days later item was sent to home address. Not very helpful. Product seems good.”

“Ordered three gift packs of Delirium Beer. Although delivery was as expected, only one of the gift packs has arrived, and the glass included in the gift pack is broken. Emailed customer service but no response as yet. Wouldn’t order again.”

“Ordered gluten free advent calendar, rec confirmation of order saying I will be sent a tracking code to track delivery as it was supposed to be next day delivery.....this was never rec. I sent 2 emails, no response. I called on Tuesday, having ordered previous Friday and was told del Thursday which I said was no good so we arranged Sat delivery before 9am as I knew I would be there.....it turned up on Friday, left with a neighbour. My husband picked the parcel up and read the label which said where is was from......surprise spoilt! I was also told because of the problems I had, something else would be added to delivery.....there was nothing.”
