“What a fantastic family run business! You cannot fault the products or the customer service!!! My delivery was late, when I contacted them, we found out that it was the currier at fault! Beer hunter insisted that they refund the postal costs. In my opinion, above and beyond. Thank you Beer Hunter. I will be back !”

“Disappointing they couldn’t get their beer here before last weekend as I did pay for next day. Missed the cut off time on opening web page. Once the cut off time has gone you shouldn’t be given that option when you get to checkout. As my work do... Couldn’t refund the cost which I felt was wrong and this was made quite bluntly. Thought they’re could of been some leeway for a new customer...Then you get an e-mail saying we’ll put some goodies in the box to compensate the misunderstanding. Nothing received in the box. Think I’ll be sticking with my normal beer supplier going forward.”

“Good price. Well packaged. Unfortunately advertises on website that ships on the same day if ordered before 2pm. It didn't happen. Maybe this is not important for some people but based on the fact that they lied about this cannot really trust anything else.”

“Unfortunately I will not be ordering anything again from this company. I order a birthday gift pack for my son in laws birthday, which was sent very quickly but unfortunately the beer sent had a very short life span. I emailed and showed my disappointment as BBF dates where a few days after his birthday. I was asked whether I wanted a replacement or total refund. I went for replacement as long as BBF dates were better (December) and asked if this couldn't be done then I would have a full refund. Second parcel arrived today but disappointely dates were the same on 3 beers and 1 BBF date this Friday. Not very impressed so have now asked for a full refund which I waiting to hear about. Such a shame as orders were dispatched very quickly.”

“Ordered 24 beers that were in two parcels. Unfortunately Parcelforce damaged one. Contacted Beer Hunter and they sent out a replacement immediately. Fantastic service. Brilliant selection of continental beers!”
