Ordered a bed in early November and asked for a specific delivery date. Bed was as ordered and delivery on the dot. I would use this company again.

Delivery was prompt and as agreed. Building the bed was a challenge as we were provided two of the same part (right side poll) and one missing. We managed (with some difficulty) to drill new holes and make it work as we felt returning the bed would have been too complicated. The bed is lovely and the mattress confortable - we are pleased with the overall purchase.

The way the bed was packaged was terrible. Open ends of boxes with no protection l Some of the wood had bad marks on them. Most where in a place that would not be seen, but that is no excuse. The bed itself is adequate.

The online service was fine, quick payment and confirmation email. However, when the delivery date arrived I had been looking out for the courier service and must of missed their call, they left no note to say they had visited and when I tried to contact BFD it seems near impossible to get through. Still trying to resolve this matter and it's been nearly 3 weeks!

I ordered a bed and mattress and allowed 2-3 weeks for delivery only to be told the day before delivery was due that the bed was not in stock. Very poor service and would not recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a bed that I believed to be in stock, I was emailed and called to say it wasn't and it would be up to a week til the bed came in stock which I said was fine. After the week was up I contacted them twice via email asking when I could expect delivery. 2 days later I was called to say the bed was in stock and I would be receiving it on the following Tuesday or Monday if they caught the courier in time. I received a text on the Sunday stating that the bed would be delivered on the Monday, so I took the day off to receive it - it never turned up, it also didn't turn up on the Tuesday either. I emailed them on Tuesday afternoon asking where my bed was and I was told that they didn't understand why I'd had a text as the bed was sitting in their warehouse waiting to be despatched for a Thursday delivery even though they had told me it would be there Monday or Tuesday! I emailed said stated the above and said it was unacceptable to mess us around like this as I had taken time off of work to sign for this bed... they never bothered responding. It took over 2 weeks and 2.5 days of time off of work to receive a bed they said was originally in stock. Customer service was horrendous and even though the bed turned up fine in the end, I wouldn't buy from them again.

Was delivered on date & time stated. Little bigger than i thought but very comfortable & well worth the money. Would buy from bfd again.

This service has been the most despicable I have ever come across and I do a lot of online purchasing. I never got a next day delivery despite receiving an email that it would hence I took a day of work to allow for this on top of that I didn't even get a phone call that it would not be coming then I had to ring myself to find out what was going on the next day I received a bed that I hadn't even ordered the wrong bed was delivered when I tried to phone back the lines and office were closed even though it was only 4.40pm and your office closes at 5pm I started to fear the worse that I was dealing with a hoax company I left lots of messages and email but no reply when I eventually got through the lady on the phone refused to accept they had sent the wrong bed despite me telling Her to check the website because on line I ordered a leather bed and I was delivered a fabric eventually after 20mins on the phone she Checked the website and said sorry the website is advertising the wrong fabric and she will get it looked at. I was absolutely fuming. I will certainly be never dealing with this company again.!

Hi Mr Ali, we're sorry that your bed was delivered late, the bed did leave despatch on time but our courier service contacted to let us know it would be one day late and notification was through SMS. We have checked our system and the bed ordered was a fabric bed as stated correctly on our website. The service from ordering to receiving the bed has been excellent. My husband said the bed is the most comfortable bed he has ever slept on.
