“The two beds ordered were delivered promptly and on time. Only one problem, there was missing wooden slats and fittings from one of the packages. After a phone call and a couple of emails the issue was sorted and a package was sent out by courier within days. This was a hindrance at all and I believe I was looked after brilliantly. As for the beds, great value, nice looking and they do a perfect job.”

“Very poor, very suspicious, what a waste of our time hanging about for people who are not even coming, paid extra for saturday delivery three weeks ago, only half the order turned up, did not turn up the next saturday as agreed and we waited all day for, finally they could not give a pre agreed one hour slot during the following week where we could come from work and meet the courier. After they missed the deadline we gave to them we went to another company and delivery was made the next day, and in an evening time slot when we could be there. Have asked for a refund for the missing items, got an email 2 days ago it would be given 'shortly'. Given a refund takes 2 minutes by pressing buttons on a credit card machine you would expect shortly would be a couple of hours at the most, now nothing, no refund and no reply to the two follow up emails enquiring.”

Hi Mr Carlisle, we are sorry that we missed the Saturday delivery. Unfortunately we do not offer delivery of an evening and are glad that you managed to find a delivery service that could deliver during those hours. As our delivery was turned away when we attempted to deliver to you we will refund you the full amount, however this will be when we receive the goods back to our factory from the delivery company.

“Very low quality work, each box you open you get one damaged or faulty . they send it without final check.”

“Great service from this company, After being let down by a different company I emailed to request that they phone me to confirm delivery day and this was done. The bed was easy enough to assemble on my own and it's very comfortable. Oh, and it looks good too!”

“It was easy to order and they contacted me the same day by phone to let me know that they would be ordering my carpet from the manufacturers so would contact me as soon as it was in. They rang me today. will deliver next week. Cant ask for more really.”

“Was very pleased with the way we where treated was surprised when the mattress was delivered. Rolled up had the funny outlook that when I opened the packing I would be shot a cross the room likes on a magic carpet ride thank you for your excellent service”

“I would recommend the service was great , the guy on the phone was very helpful, they delivered on the day I wanted (M&S wouldn't when I ordered a different bed!) . The bed itself is well build, sturdy and great value for money.”

“We have absolutely no complaints about the service received from this Company. We ordered a bed frame and mattress over a weekend and was contacted first thing on the Monday morning to advise us that they were in fact waiting for this particular frame to come in stock giving us the option to either refund, wait or chose an alternative. We chose an alternative which was similar at no extra cost and was delivered promptly and efficiently, I would not hesitate to use this Company again in the future.”

“I was a bit disappointed with the mattress I ordered and didn't think there would be a fusty smell which is awful I'm still buying covers to disguise the smell it hasn't worked yet”
