“I'd rank it as Very Good IF the response on your website had been better. The lack of acknowledgment and certainty over delivery dates cast doubt, which was added to on reading some of your on line reviews. Calls to your centre were met with friendly responses, but again a lack of certainty made me feel uncomfortable. If you sharpened up the web response, and sent a speedy clarification of delivery details, this would have been eliminated. Neither did you respond to emails I sent seeking clarification. A shame, cos the bed was very competitively priced; and delivered on the originally promised date, despite the doubt ! Due to it being on a deadline when my daughter was leaving her accommodation for the Xmas break, we haven't inspected it, but from a glance, don't expect any problems; and the delivery chaps you contract to, were very helpful apparently.”

Hi Ms Riley, we hope you're happy with the bed and are glad it was delivered on time. I can see that you ordered one of the divans which we manufacture, however as we were extremely busy that week we decided to send the bed via another carrier to make sure it arrived on time, which is why the team may have been unable to give you a definitive answer when you called. “Very pleased with the service from this company, ordered the bed base on line it was easy and so quick. Phone call from BFD company to arrange earlier delivery than arrange on line Delivery men were very good and helpful. Would recommend this company fab service thank you.”

“Delivery very efficient, 2 man delivery to a 3 storey town house. Men were very polite. Bed was easy to assemble and so far no problems with it. Have already recommended you to friends and family. “2 head board different colours I asked for pigs feet I have wheels ,call and complain about it nothing happened Dilvary email s complicated.”

Hi Mr Karawi, I can see that you ordered two headboards together, and a third on the 21st Dec, they should all be the same colour creme suede, if the wrong colour has been sent we will happily replace the incorrect one for you. I can't see any note on the order that you had requested glides, however we will check this with our Team. We tried to call you and sent you an email on the 14th Dec to arrange a suitable date and time for your delivery, and confirmation on the 15th. I'm going to ask one of our Customer Service Team to call you on Mon to help resolve these issues for you.

“This bed arrived on the day as promised - delivered carefully and with consideration for decor and carpets etc. Excellent quality, comfortable and as described. This is the third bed I have ordered and I Would thoroughly recommend the products and service.”

“The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Two weeks delivery when originally it should have been two days. Sent the wrong bed. Ignored emails and phone calls regarding complaints. Three days off work to recieve the correct bed. Appalling service. Do not use this company!!”

“Very pleased with both the quality and price of the bed, and the excellent customer service. There was a one day delay in delivery...because the bed was still being made... but I was advised by telephone in plenty of time and with an apology. Actual delivery was as promised, delivered to the room. Could not have wished for more.”
