“My experience this time with the Bed Factory was poor . This directly related to their courier service: XDP . My items were left in my garden with an integral box missing. I was in during the allocated time . Individual staff at the Bed Factory were all helpful , polite and updated me regularly. They ensured that my son finally got the bed legs needed to assemble his bed after sleeping on the floor .”

“Enjoying the bed, but very VERY missleading as you don't get the backboard. I chose this bed mainly because of the backboard and all they said was it's only there to make it look better. Disappointing! When they delivered they delivered only half the base to start with as well, but sorted it quickly, which we're very thankfull for. Just a bit weird all together”

“I didn't receive everything I ordered, ie. I ordered a headboard with the divan and mattress which never arrived. I was told the bed would be assembled for me which never happened, and customer service was terrible as one ever answered the phone or returned a message. Regards Vena Banga”

“The service was wonderful. I am recovering from a heart attack and did not have a bed, just a mattress on the floor. Due to my main initial preferences being out of stock BFD supplied me with a different more expensive bed at their own cost. I was so pleased to get my new bed quickly and that a member of staff had taken such an initiative to help me. I will certainly recommend BFD to my friends and I will use you again. Thank you. “Ordered bunk beds, moving into new house from overseas and needed beds for our girls. Organised for beds to arrive on day of moving in. Opened box to find one of the bed heads broken. It took 1.5 months for a replacement to arrive. Girls sleeping on bed with straps holding it together and could not put as bunks meaning small room was even smaller. All sorted in end but very poor service. It was a supplier issue for them but they sold me the bunk.”

“I received our bed after a few phone calls as it wasn't delivered on the day it was supposed to. Was supposed to be delivered in 2 weeks but took more than 6 no notification no communication until we phoned the bed factory then it was promised following week but had to wait 2 weeks. So not sure if we would buy anything else from this company.”

“Excellent service all around. Easy to navigate website with easy checkout. Very quick dispatch using next day delivery. Delivery staff were obliging by placing the item in the room where it was needed. If I need to purchase another bed in the future I would certainly go to Bed Factory Direct. I highly recommend them.”

“Bed I bought was very good value, delivered exactly when I was told it would be and I managed to put it together myself fairly easily with clear instructions, only complaint there were a couple of screws missing which was frustrating but I managed to overcome the problem, although in hindsight I probably should have complained.”
