“Excellent service throughout from the point of ordering to point of delivery. Delivery was at stated time and all came safe and sound. The only thing is the wooden slats for the bed frame are not very good quality - they are made of quite flimsy wood and one slat snapped in half within 2 days of bed being used.”

Hi Mr Shea, please contact us so we can investigate the issue with the pillow. It should have been sealed from manufacturing so it's not something we're in control of. However we will certainly been feeding this back to the supplier, and would like to replace the pillow.

“Spent a lot of money on our mattress and have had it 2 months now , it seems that this mattress is poor quality and has already got 2 big indentations either side , we have had constant back pain since day 1, my advise is go with someone who gives you a 1 month return period like most do , unfortunately we are looking to purchase a new mattress now but lesson has been learned”

Hi Ms Swift, please can you contact one of our Customer Service Team so we can put this right for you. The Sirocco is an orthopaedic mattress. Obviously we can't comment on your back pain, however we would like to investigate any possible issue with the mattress.

“Bed was delivered with missing parts, then other parts were delivered only to find that they did not fit the bed we ordered. The bed is stood now in the spare room just taking up space and shortly will be have to the scrap man. Due to my daughter being desperate for her new bed in her new home I went and purchased a further bed from a proper company. Mr Walker Enville”

“I ordered off Bed Factory Direct with some trepidation, as I had not used them before - I needn't have worried - the communications around the delivery of the bed was first class, and the bed itself is great. A good quality Divan with great fabric. Highly recommended”

“When placing order it was simple, but we was not told that the beds where out of stock. So after having new mattress had to wait a week for new beds. I will say the phone operator was good and clear with his explanation.”
