“I had excellent service from the time I ordered to the time I received my bed, Carol emailed me when my bed was ready for delivery which was one day after I had ordered. I was a bit sceptical of ordering as I had never heard of the bed factory, but I have to say service and delivery were spot on, I would defently order from them again. ????”

“Site was easy to use when Placing order. The delivery date was advised as promised and the delivery people contacted us on the day to advise when they would be with us. Great product and great service.”

“Excellent service. Ordered bed frame and mattress. Frame was available before the mattress but I asked of both to be delivered on the same day for ease of storage. I chose my delivery date and was kept put to date via email of the progress. The delivery men also carried the mattress upstairs for me as I wouldn't have managed this on my own.”

“Beds direct had what I needed in stock they delivered promptly although not in the 2 days as advertised the lady who texted and rang me was very helpful Unlike some of beds direct larger competitors who have let us down on numerous ocasions I will defiantly use beds direct again We'll done”

“No problems with the bed I purchased, firm but comfy. Many thanks for NOT sending me an email making me aware what day to expect delivery of the bed. By chance I was in to take delivery of it. Delivery lads said they get told quite often that they had not been expected.”

“I found the mattress I wanted at a 5* hotel. It was supplied by this company. I spoke to the salesman and he told me all about the mattress. I was so impressed I bought a mattress and a bed. Delivery was excellent and on time. Seamless and courteous transaction. Thank you. CE ! Kelbrook”

“Hole in base of mattress when arrived - the company offered to 'sew it up' or they could refund £20 and send us a duvet as a way of apology. We opted for the later option as I can sew. Money refunded straight away... Still awaiting the duvet and a response 2 weeks later.”
