I can't believe you are asking for feedback, what a terrible service. delivery was made without the bed on! My wife and I had to sleep in the sofa for 2 days whilst the delivery was rescheduled. What a joke, using you again! Regards Jake chadwick

We’re really sorry for the delay you may have heard on the news over the Xmas period that one of our main delivery companies City Link has gone into administration. We are still delivering all orders via other carriers however there have been delays in the short term. I was a bit put off by ordering my mattress online before xmas, only to read the small print about near non-existent xmas delivery. I then had to arrange thru Bed Factory`s office to get my mattress delivered on the Saturday, having returned to work after the xmas break. Re-arranging the delivery for the Saturday was simple when dealing with the younger woman with the accent....she seemed to know what she was doing, in contrast to the well to do sounding woman without the accent....who seemed to complicate the simple process of a re-arranged delivery.. No matter.....delivery was on the Saturday as promised by the woman with the accent and the product (Topaz ortho mattress) just the ticket.

Ordered on the 26th December and have still not received my bed, I have emailed and rang the company and still got nowhere, they have not kept in contact to explain why my order has been so delayed and I had to ring up and be told by the man on the other end of the phone that the delivery company had only just got the other part of my bed on Wednesday when it was due to be delivered last Friday, extremely disappointing but good prices which is what caught my eye in the first place.

The bed is just as described both on the website and over the phone and the delivery was really quick. Both product and service is of the highest quality... We had my mother-in-law coming to stay with us unexpectedly for 2 weeks and needed a bed that would work for her during her stay and would then be good for our 3 year old daughter thereafter. we also needed next day delivery on both the bed and the mattress. After looking online, I rang Bed Factory and the help I received was first class. They went above and beyond to ensure I got the right advice on both the bed and the mattress and then ensured it was delivered the next day - even offering to build the mattress from scratch at one stage! I would definitely use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Only good thing about it, price. Costumer service is very disappointing, min existing... Delivery time on website, 2 weeks. Agreed to 2 week delay due to high demand, now 3 weeks later and I still haven't got a delivery date! Honestly, stay away from this company and spend a couple £ more to buy local! Lessons learned..

My experience with Bed Factory Direct was very good. The customer service team were informative and helpful. The ordering process was easy. My bed arrived quickly and securely. Overall a very good experience! Would definitely recommend and use again.

Excellent 5 star service from the minute we purchased our bed until the time it arrived. Not only were Bed Factory Direct nearly a third cheaper than anywhere else we tried it was also delivered FREE. The next day delivery did not suit us but they arranged for it to be delivered on a day that suited us. Thank you Guys.

I am still awaiting confirmation of a refund. I paid £25 for a guaranteed Saturday delivery, however only the mattress arrived, with the bed frame arriving on Monday. Please can you let me know where we are with this? Many thanks, Chris Gray

It was a pleasure dealing with this company, they kept in touch by email to say what was happening, I was given a delivery date and then I received a call from the driver telling me what time they would actually arrive, they were very efficient. I would recommend this company very highly. Also, I was concerned that the quality of the beds might not be up to scratch, but I was very pleased with them.

Great service from The Bed Factory. Delivery was efficient and assembly of the frame straightforward. Good quality material used and finished effect exactly what we wanted.

When booking, you are not told how long delivery will be. Requested Saturday delivery and was only told that the bed would be delivered the afternoon before delivery. Was told that delivery would be between 9.20 and 13.20 and bed arrived @ 16.20. Headboard wasn't delivered and not informed about this. Bed was comfortable though no instructions for assembly.

Hi Mr Gillespie, we always do our very best to offer an accurate delivery slot, however on occasion delays can be caused by traffic conditions etc. We will always try to send items that are instock and available as soon as possible. Where items such as your headboard aren't in stock we will send them separately at no extra cost to save the whole order being delayed. We don't currently offer instructions for assembly with divans, however where a customer is unsure they can always call our Team who are always happy to help via the telephone. Easy to order and pay and a good price. Had a phone call to confirm order and delivery times. Came on time and delivery men were very polite. Overall very good service and will use again.
