I had reserved a text telling me that my bed would arrive on Thursday when I asked for it to be delivered on Friday due to work commitments. Then I reserved a text to on Thursday saying they didn't have bed. After phoning the company and getting through at 12.15 on the Friday ( keep in mind the close at 12.30. Was told they would call me back still waiting. I then got text on the Saturday telling me my delivery would be today. And had to then at 8.30 try and make arrangements for someone to be in my property .

Taking into consideration that I'd ordered a bed that unfortunately wasn't in stock, the service here was pretty good, I didn't wait more than a week for the bed and the bed itself is of top notch standard. Very satisfied. The reason however I give it a Normal rating, is because the bed sadly didn't come with instructions to follow... An uncommon occurrence, apparently. Following a phone conversation with the salesman I'd also discovered that the housing for the screws were rushed and the cloth hadn't been pierced through. Which required me to make some extra alterations to the bed. This wasn't a problem for me and apparently a rare occurrence. But this could've been avoided.

A Very sad experience! Had to be refunded amd even getting My Money back Was a hassle! The sale person i dealt with did not pick up the Phone when i Was calling and i had to call from other Phone Numbers each time i called! Sad that a company Does this in this day and age!horrible

Hi Ms Mocan, you had arranged to pay via bacs so our Customer Service Team were unable to make this refund themselves as with card or paypal. This caused a delay in the refund process. We apologise that it wasn't refunded sooner.

good customer service but an awfull mattress. was comfy for about 2 weeks until the springs started protruding. even a bed topper couldn't hide it. it's now worse than the 10 yo one I threw out

The bed is comfy and good storage area underneath. Shame the delivery service doesn't unpack and put the bed together. The delivery men said we should have ordered this along with the bed.! It certainly wasn't obvious on the website.

Hi Ms Evison, where an item is packaged such as a frame we can provide an assembly service however this has an extra fee and has to be prearranged as not all of our Delivery Services can provide it. We're sorry that this wasn't clearer on our website, and will make amendments.

The two chaps that delivered were amazing. They were very pleasant and were able to have a laugh and a joke, yet efficient in their job They carried the bed upstairs for us, which in the past they've refused to do when ordered by another mail order company. I've had a bed from Bed Factory back in the days when you were in Field Lane and was very pleased then. I was only sorry we didn't purchase another from you 7 years back. The bed is wonderful and comfy and supports my back as it's suppose to. It's of good quality at a realistic price. Infact my lodger wouldn't believe me when I told him how much it was. He said pull the other leg. Seems to think it cost me at least £600. All in all I'm very pleased and will be back for another when I require another new bed

I bought the bed over 3weeks ago, it came with castors instead of pegs and it didnt come with the bolts to put it together, i have so far phoned up 3times to get the situation sorted and 3times they have lied to me. It looks like i 'm going to have to make a complaint to trading standards and make a complaint to the police for the fraudulant action they have taken by stealing my money and not giving me the product i paid for. To top it off i have had to fork out money so i can fix the bed which will in effect make my beds warrenty nul and void.

Hi Mr Bacchus, we have not lied, committed fraud, or stolen your money. We have been in contact with our suppliers to send you the correct replacement parts. We don't have stock of the bolts in our warehouse. We would also have sent you a replacement bed before expecting you to fix it yourself or void your warranty. Provided you have not altered the frame in anyway or drilled etc, your warranty should not be void. We apologise for any delays and that the correct parts weren't sent first time. The customer service is appalling. I ordered a bed delighted at how quickly it could be delivered. The morning it was meant to be delivered I got a text saying it wouldn’t be delivered and I’d be contacted with a new delivery. After two days I hadn’t heard anything so I called and emailed numerous time but never got a reply. I had already paid for the bed so was disgusted there was no one to answer any of my concerns. I eventually found out information from Panther Logistics and I arranged the delivery with them which was the job Bed Factory Direct should have done. I most certainly will not shop with you again.

Arrived within 5 days. Bought for spare room, relative spent a week with me states bed very comfortable had restive nights didnt irritate their back problem.

Bed arrived as arranged, but missing 2 legs. Informed BFD who contacted bed company and they sent 2 legs. Nice company to deal with.

I would have liked to have changed the delivery date and tried many times to contact you on the phone to no avail. I also sent an email and had no response so not impressed with your customer service.
