The bed is rubbish it hurts my back my ribs n my neck I called bed factory to exchange or get my money back from 2 weeks ago goin 3 weeks n no one got back to me

This purchase was disastrous due to the carrier used. The bed was not delivered on the day it was due despite me staying in all day. There was no notification if this.,then when it was delivered 4 days late the headboard was missing. Your company was courteous and apologetic but it is essential you check your delivery company. To be fair your colleague ordered the missing piece to be delivered by courier which it was the next day.

Delivery of all items was next day as promised, I needed to return some items and this was arranged along with a refund without quibbles.

Bed and mattress arrived on time with a rather cheery delivery man. Unfor part of the bed was missing which meant it couldn't be assembled until this arrived. Final item arrived as promised & bed assembled with no spare pieces. Lovely.

Really good communication. I really love my product. Delivery was next day and very well communicated. Delivery men were pleasant and careful in my new decorated home taking shoes off. All in all great quality and recieved great service. Would definately recommend.

My order was dealt with promptly and I was kept informed of progress told exactly when it would arrive and the delivery men carried it upstairs for me I was impressed and the bed was all I expected

Both beds collapsed within days. I had to nail the springs in. Terrible quality

This is my complaint for my recent order with you of two beds. The service you have provided, is - to be honest - totally and wholly unacceptable. I have placed my order with you initially primarily because of your "next day delivery" You contacted me the next day and informed me that delivery will not take place the next day, rather on the 7th - over four weeks later!! Sine this delay was causing a lot of inconvenience, you promised and reassured me that it really will be delivered on the 7th. I therefore waited the whole day for the expected delivery, however it never arrived. I called you and was told that "really sorry - we should have called.." I definitely agree that you should have called but even more importantly the actual fact that you did not keep to your own commitment is nothing but shocking. To make things worse, you then committed that it will certainly arrive on Thursday. Again I stayed in the entire day - the 2nd day (!!) but I was totally dismayed to find out, upon delivery, that only one of the two beds arrived. This is just unacceptable, and I must stress, that I have never experienced such a poor service, unreliable and unprofessional to its extreme. During the week I called several timed to complain and speak to a manager, and at all times I was told that the manager will get back to me. I am still waiting for this phone call. I am rather shocked about this and will request a substantial compensation for this highly unsatisfactory service. I am sure you understand my deep disappointment in your firm and my severe inconvenience caused directly by your ongoing delays and incompetent service. I look forward hearing from you soon, and not just your generic reply
