Excellent service from online ordering, phone query regarding delivery and delivery itself. Delivery men were great. Timing and helpfulness great. Packaging slightly damaged and plastic ripped, small marks on upholstery but nothing major. Delivered upstairs. No complaints.

I ordered a bed but it was out of stock and not in for a couple of weeks. I couldn't wait so cancelled the order through the email address given. I didn't receive a response so I telephoned. I got the answer machine saying the store was closed but it gave a closing time of 5 pm when I telephoned at 4. This happened twice. I emailed twice as well and never received confirmation of the email. However once I answered the call from Bed factory to say that they would deliver the following day the order was cancelled and I received an immediate refund.

The bed was delivered quickly and efficiently. We had some problems with missing bits from the bed but the service was good when we rang up about them. The main problem was with the bed manufacturer rather than with Bed Factory, as they sent the missing bits, but they were the wrong bits and the second time they tried to send them they were really slow.

It took three attempts to deliver the bed correctly. It was eventually sorted it but only after several phone calls

The service was excellent easy ordering on the internet, payment etc. Selected delivery date to suit, van drivers contacted me when half an hour away, very courteous on arrival delivery.

Worst online service i have used. Mattress poor quality, bed damaged. Had to take a second day off work to get replacement bed. The second bed was even more damaged than the first. Was offered a discount the first time, but not second. Ended up with shoddy products, and had lost the will after so long trying to sort out.

Very pleased with Beds we received however, we lost 3 days waiting for delivery. Office staff were helpful but clearly had no idea or control over couriers Tuffnels. Despite many promises over a Friday,Saturday and Monday delivery turned up at 2.3pm Monday so very disappointed .

There were a few issues with supply and delivery but a chap called Paul sorted all of this in the most polite and professional way he was prob the best person I have ever dealt with Would highly recomend this company

Delivery was as expected , but on receiving bed frame, it was damaged and very rusted, it was damaged in quite a few places. It was replaced but to be honest there are still some damages to it. I would assume that the stock is either damaged or second hand.Not impressed. No discount was offered.

The overall service by the bed factory was great, the bed was delivered on time on the date arranged. My gripe is with the quality of the bed, on two of the wooden slats on the foot board there was no holes drilled for the doweling to be put into, so I had to get my drill out and drill my own holes, which was tricky as the wood is very thin, fortunately I made a very good job of this and you wouldn't know. I couldn't be bothered to call the bed factory to complain as it would have meant packing up and returning the bed and arranging collection, just too much hassle. I suppose I would recommend the bed factory if asked because the service was good.
