“The most shambolic service I have ever experienced. Initially was sent the wrong colour bed, then had a new one delivered- but they refused to pick up the old one. Then found out there were parts missing on the new one! As a result have been sleeping on a mattress for over 2 weeks. Would not recommend using bed Factory to ANYONE.”

“Very helpful young lady who phoned me, your delivery was by a courier, one man who delivered the three boxes into my front hall. Very polite and professional. The bed we are very pleased with. The only down was the fact the bed is made in China and I presumed it was going to be British but still happy with my purchase.”

“My order was cancelled by the bed factory the day after I made the order and paid for it. I was told we don't deliver to northern Ireland. I am disgusted with the service I got and will never order from them again and will not be recommending them to anyone.”

“Out of the five items ordered i only received one. The balance had to be substituted, had over a month lead in or didn't arrive. In the end i had to wait in for three days to get it delivered. Will not shop there again.”

“Delivery times were not met, 5 days late. Product purchased was out of stock, we were only told this 3 days after ordering.”

“Although the quality of the product was fine, there was a substantial delay in our order, due to delivery dates with the manufacturer not working out. The delay wasn't too bad to handle, but if we could have anticipated this delay we might not have purchased with Bed Factory, or gone for another bed order. Perhaps an idea for the future would be to make sure that the expected delivery time on the website actually matches the real delivery time, so that the customer can better anticipate the service he is receiving and avoids any disappointment.”

“i am housebound unable to walk ,ordering this bed was TICKETY BOO .GREAT .the men who delivered 2 OF THEM put mattress on bed happy smiling no moaning .and mattress is comfortable for my bad back .was ordered and delivered in less than 4 days .emails keeping me up to date .what more can i say ,only i wish the firm well .these days a company is rare to find so good as they are .order a bed you will be tickety boo like i am .”

“The service was excellent and the product second to none, even though I felt slightly misled by the website in thinking that there was a mattress included in the price; there wasn't. A problem with delivery (not Bed Factory's fault) was sorted out within two hours of my contacting them and I received the missing item the very next day. Overall a very good company to do business with and I would certainly recommend them.”
