Good customer service from the Bed Factory, however the divan base & mattress were delivered on separate days from the firm Bed Factory used and my divan 'firm' mattress isn't firm anymore despite being only 2 months old......

Great price, products and service. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Bed Factory Direct to my friends. The bed was exactly as advertised and delivered to the bedroom of my choice. Annedenise

Had to cancel my order because they could not meet the agreed delivery date. Did get a refund on time though.

Good quality, well made bed with good delivery arrangements. I ordered a 2 drawer single divan that I couldn't get up my loft stairs as it was a single section base unit. I contacted Bed Factory and they were very helpful in helping me swap the bed base for a split unit for no additional charge except delivery which was very fair.... Won't hesitate buying from them in the future.......................

Good bed and a reasonable price. However our new-build address and postcode caused havoc for them and their courier. 2-3 day delay and lots of phone calls to their helpline. Staff their friendly enough and took the problem personally.

The bunk bed we ordered was badly damaged (although it came directly from the manufacturers and was not bed factory's fault). The staff we spoke to about it were extremely friendly and very helpful, but our complaint would have be the time it took to sort out, the kids were sleeping on the floor for two weeks.)

Extremely disappointed with delivery. Placed order for the bed on the 18th of May. The company said that the bed would be delivered within 10 days. After not receiving the bed within this time limit we received a ridiculous phone call from the company saying that they do not deliver to Northern Ireland!? You could imagine our confusion seeing as we live in Scotland!!! After my wife told them our postcode AGAIN and explained that this is a Scottish postcode, the delivery was promised on the 31st of May. The bed finally arrived on the afternoon of the 1st of June! Meaning it was 4 days late. This wouldn't of been so annoying if it wasn't for the fact that we had emailed to find out when the bed was being delivered and we had gotten no response nor did we receive an apology. The bed and mattress are very good quality and would of been impressed with the company if it had not been for the delivery hassle!

I have nothing but praise for this British Company. Staff were so helpful when I wanted both information and advice about different beds . Once ordered my bed was delivered quickly and it is so comfortable .Such a reasonable price as well !
