“Ordered and delivered on time easy assembly would recommend this company”

“The bed itself is awesome, but the assembly was quite hard, as the screws did not all fit the provided safety screw heads and in general were quite hard to adjust. Also, I ordered a duvet and was only informed 3 days before delivery that it was out of stock - not very happy with that. But the money was transferred back to my account swiftly and I appreciate that. I also don't understand why you would call me to offer me to deliver on a Wednesday when I paid 20£ extra for Saturday delivery. But all in all I'm happy with the purchase.”

“Bed Factory and Panther courier service very good. BUT English grammar I before c except after c. Therefore receive!!! Don't mess with correct English grammar.”

“Exelent choice, very pleased with the bed and Mattress , both very good value for money. Delivery was on time, and the man that delivered it was ver y obliging and carried the mattress up stairs for us. The bed was very simple to put together, and I was very pleased with the quality for the money. Of both products .”

“Great bed, delivered quickly. Easy to put together but slow as the main bolts allow less than a quarter turn as there is so limited access for the Allen key.”

“Making the order was easy, but it was impossible to coordinate delivery of the beds or speak to anyone via the telephone line. I'd cancelled the delivery date via email easily but could not speak to anyone to reschedule and the beds arrived on the cancelled date. One of the beds also had some missing parts.”

“We paid £40 for Saturday delivery, it did not arrive & unable to contact anyone by phone, just a text to say rebooked for Tuesday. Time taken off work at great inconvenience & bed did not arrive, just text to say would come Wednesday. Again unable to contact anyone by phone. I sent email to cancel order. Had call Wednesday to see if expecting a bed. Have not yet received my refund.”

“The bed is perfectly fine as ordered. Would have been helpful to know the floor of the ottoman bed was a piece of material that you Velcro onto the base as opposed to a proper base as this may have changed my opinion on whether to buy it or not. However I can live with this and the bed is of good quality. My problem was with the delivery. Having selected a date and arranged to work from home that day I got a call from the van driver two days prior to scheduled delivery date saying he'd be at the house within 2 hours. When I said the delivery date was in two days he's said he would have to take the bed back to the warehouse and then not sure if he could get it back on scheduled date. Fortunately I managed to get someone to be there to take delivery but I was not impressed at all.”

“Would have given very good rating, Bed Factory, but you let yourselves down by sending no instructions on my bed base ie. How and where to fix my headboard, as the holes to fit the bolts were hidden under the damask and not visible.....confusing! Also, my bed base was a 4`6`` double bed that came in two halves and needed 8 castors (I requested pegs, not castors as I have laminate flooring in my bedroom) guess what, I received only 4 castors so had to buy 4 more from local hardware store. Little things make a big diff, Bed Factory....repeat and recommendation business hinges on the above. Listen and learn.”

“Excellent service, wonderful product, i absolutely love my new bed!!!! Delivered on the day as expected, nice and early so we were able to assemble bed and sleep in the bed on the same day. Would highly recommend.”
