“I found the bed factory's service and delivery faultless. I had made a mistake with one of my items and they quickly picked up on it and contacted me. Thierry telephone staff were most helpful and the delivery men were very helpful and courteous. I cannot complain at all. My only concern is that with the tree sap leaking from the devan bedframe which has leaked over my brand new bedroom carpet. Most has cleaned up and this is more of a heads up than a complaint. Other than that the bed is fantastic and I couldn't be more pleased with the standard of construction.”

“The Bed factory delivered our mattress exactly when promised and telephoned an hour before the delivery so we knew an accurate time of arrival. The mattress is very good quality and excellent value for money. I will definitely go back to The Bed Factory when we need to buy another mattress!”

“I've not received the bed as yet! So can't comment ! Mr RICKARDS 07906546019. Received single storage bed today 9/3/16 storage base keeps popping up if mattress isn't on it!! Safety issue!! Can you call me on mobile07906546019 to discuss safety issue? Thanks RICKARDS”

“It is difficult. The score was brought down by the delivery service which wss5very bad. I waited in three days before I got my delivery and I would not have known it was being delivered them if I had not rung them. It was very easy to order this item and the instructions were easy to work out.”

“I ordered my bed frame on the Tuesday night, my daughter slept on her new bed on the Thursday night. Can't fault that for a speedy service! I had to call them to discuss the delivery. The lady I spoke to was friendly and efficient. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company for such brilliant service”

“The bed itself is fine, however I paid for Saturday delivery. I received two separate deliveries on a Saturday but not the third containing my mattress so the Saturday deliveries were pointless. The mattress arrived two days later, which meant that I had to take half a day off work in order to receive it. The delivery company phoned me around 11 am, after texting me, to advise that the delivery would be between around 12 and 3. I got home around 12 to find that the mattress had been delivered around 11am to my neighbour. Luckily she was in as I received NO notification that this had been delivered. I am extremely disappointed in the way this order was handled. I realise that most of these issues relate to the delivery company used, however as my order was with you and you selected the delivery company, I hold the bed factory responsible and suggest that you re-think the delivery company you use. Not impressed.”

“Delivery occurred on the day promised. However, it was not possible for the delivery driver to contact me with a time so had to set aside the whole day for delivery. The delivery driver was unable to carry to the first floor where the bed was to be sited as he said this was an insurance issue. I'm sure he was correct but this resulted in me having to get someone to help carry it upstairs. All the parts clearly labelled and complete.”

“Really excellent service. We were regularly kept informed of progress with our order and of the delivery. We were notified about one hour beforehand. Everything went to plan. Excellent service, Bed Factory Direct. Thank you!! In parallel with this, we ordered another bed from Worldstores. In contrast, their service was appalling. We had to cancel the order because they did not deliver on the agreed day and yet they continued to attempt delivery even though cancelled. And we continue to experience great difficulty contacting them and dealing with their customer service people. We will never use Worldstores again!”
