“Good service and pleased with the bed keep up the good work”

“The bed is very good, the price was excellent. No complaints there. Delivery was disappointing, hence only 3 stars. Ordered for next day delivery (as we needed a bed urgently), then told it was out of stock and would take a few days. The next day we were advised it would after all be delivered sooner. We stayed in all day (from 08.00 to 22.00) but nothing arrived. As I said, disappointing.”

“Bed wasn't delivered on agreed date and then took over 2 weeks to get our money back. Customers service were always polite and tried to resolve the problem. Don't think I would attempt to use again due to the unreliability.”

“Really pleased with my bed, looks exactly as it did online. Easy to put together although definitely a two person job. My only quibble was with the delivery , it arrived an hour and a half after my delivery slot. Although I was alone in a first floor flat, they wouldn't carry it upstairs and left it in the entrance hall. It was a King-size bed!”

“I ordered a bed on 3 sept, it is now 21 November and it still hasn't arrived. I keep been given delivery dates, only to be told at the last minute the bed is not available. I have arranged a day off work to wait for one delivery which never happened, and arranged someone to be at home for the second proposed delivery, which also never happened. I currently do not have a new proposed delivery date, having only been told it will be after 30 November. It would be nice to know what is happening - if I will ever get the bed I ordered, Or should I just request a refund and look elsewhere.”

“Excellent service, knowledgeable and friendly. Bed is good quality, sturdy and great value for money, far better than many I viewed in local stores. Dispatched and delivered inline with what I was told. We are about to order a second bed for another room.”

“The Limelight Aurora bed is gorgeous and so easy to assemble, it's also very well made and sturdy. Being able to track the delivery van was really useful because I had to rely on someone else to receive it for me, this meant she only had to wait for 20 minutes.”

“Bed was delivered 3 days late but overall the service was good. I would suggest you maybe offer an assemble service even at a small cost, I'm a female with lung problems & it took me over 4 hours to put it together & boy was I ready to get into it.”
