“Took longer to arrive and I contacted the company. Good when it arrived”

“The mattress was excellent, the bed looked good, but the drawers were a different colour to the rest of the fabric. A replacement was sent, but arrived broken. Another replacement was sent and they were too small and a third replacement was sent which was also broken. I've given up now and have resorted to buying valance sheets to hide the drawers. Definitely WON'T be buying from BFD again. Customer Service tried their best under the circumstances.”

“I ordered the bed as had family coming ,it only just arrived in time but a leg was broken ,as I needed it that night we had to screw it ,which has not held so I have a useless bed frame .I wrote to you about this but no reply,I have since emailed and sent another photo ,still no reply ,as I said in my email I have PTSD depression and co morbid anxiety which in my case means I can't answer the phone or makes calls ,I rarely leave the house ,I am now seriously anxious about this and want my money back ,you can collect the frame or I will get it dumped ,still no answer!,I heard from customer service last Wednesday so I emailed back and they have not had the decency to reply”

“My first impressions on Bed factory direct were good, the staff in the store were first class excellent customer service but then when the bed was delivered my opinion changed, the 2 guys who delivered the bed were not very professional, they just dragged the stuff and dumped it then left, upon reading the terms and conditions sheet they left it stated that they would build the beds to which they did not do either, they looked like the hated there job and could not be bothered! not impressed at all. but as I said before the staff in the store were great very helpful and got me great deal and great beds!”

“Had to wait 4 weeks longer than expected for delivery due to manufacturing delays. I would likely have gone elsewhere if I had known of this before placing and paying for my order. However, products purchased and follow up customer service were fine.”

“Really nice and comfy divan and mattress set. Company upgraded at no extra cost to fulfill order, delivery was very fast and very efficient. Does not get better than this, highly recommended, very happy to use again in the future. Thanks to all concerned”

“Ordered 6 door wardrobe even though I am outside free delivery area in AB43 area . Delivery as scheduled free. Very pleased with wardrobe. Then I ordered bedside cabinet could not order 2 as they are big cabinets, to be delivered to my sisters Eh48 postcode. Once again delivery as advised. Excellent service.”
