“Misleading. Product says "easy assembly" when it clearly is not. This meant hours of frustration and upset followed by extra cost getting someone in to build it for us. Also the lack of communication from the company is appalling, no one bothers to return calls, and it took ages to arrive too. All in all - terrible.”

“I am very pleased with my new bed it is very comfortable and really good value for money. Also the carriers who delivered it were very helpful”

“Problems with order not being delivered. Rectified in the end but only after me complaining. Bought a second bed and when it arrived it was the wrong colour. Was told it was a mistake on website. Received emails on a bed I hadn't ordered that was due for delivery!!! Emailed company to ask what was going on and never got a reply!!”

“Do not deliver to Northern Ireland, so when it says delivers to all of UK it is misleading.”

“Service excellent, in fact I was contacted and asked if I'd like the mattress a day earlier, which I was happy to do. Two very pleasant young men asked if we'd like it taken upstairs which was very helpful. Mattress itself is lovely quality, so overall one very happy customer”

“Bit disappointed to be honest. The bed didn't arrive on the day originally advertised (Friday), meaning I had to change my plans for the Monday to wait in again for the delivery. Also, they used a different courier for the mattress to the one used for the bed (I wasn't told this) which was pretty awkward as I had to wait in for two separate deliveries. The bed itself is nice enough, but one of the pre-drilled holes was in the wrong. As I had to drill another one myself the bed now has a random hole in it. Wouldn't buy from these guys again.”

“Ordered my bed a week before it was supposed to b delivered , it never arrived and when I phoned up they could not find my paper work . It was made the next day they tried to blag me saying oh it was there delivery men's fault , but all along it had not been made , I eventually got it late the next day . Not impressed at all , and I am not recommending them because I was totally disappointed”

“I ordered a bed for Easter weekend for Saturday delivery and paid extra £40 for this day .It didn't turn, up we rang and it said they were closed till January 4th !!! No mention on web site that they were closed.. When it finally arrived one of the spindles was broken ,no screws to put it together and the mattress had a hole in it. No compensation was offered, although we were sent a mattress foc.”

“From choosing my bed on line - then speaking direct to ensure the bed I chose was correct, to find that the bed I had chosen would not have been suitable. The Co. was extremely helpful, changed the web information slightly so I could proceed with my on line order, then changed the web page back again after my order was confirmed. How's that for helpful service. Would I recommend The Bed Factory Direct - absolutely.”

“The delivery drivers damaged the ceiling in the hallway while trying to get the bed upstairs. I contacted your company who agreed to replace the bed. Subsequently, no further contact was received from your company. Attempts to contact you by phone were frustrated by having to leave voicemail messages. Obviously will not use your company again.”

“Really pleased with the bed itself, great value. However, like many other reviews, I found the delivery company rude & sullen. Bed Factory itself sold me a good product at a great price which was dispatched very quickly, but I very nearly chose another supplier based on comments regarding delivery.”
