Been let down 3 times by this company on delivery , they can't give you a straight answer just a string of lies. Would not reccomend

Would have gave no stars as waste of time ordered mattress delivery date 7/7/20 its now 10/7/20 still no sign of mattress requested refund still waiting they are uick enough to take your money disgusting service

I wouldnt even give one star i ordered mattress last week delivery date was suppose to be 7/720 its now 10/7/20 still no sign mattress sat in every day as they said be 9/7/20 still waiting requested refund heard nothing do not buy from here

AVOID THIS COMPANY Ordered a bed, did not show up on delivery date, no response from customer services, then only HALF of the bed showed up, have again tried to contact over and over and still nothing. Absolutely disgusting.

AWFUL! Looks like this company has gone bust - phone lines turned off (only an answer phone message advising to email them instead), then they no longer respond to email. Even the automated email response is now turned off. Web chat also turned off. My item was not delivered, now a month late (not expecting it - reported as Fraud to credit card company and claiming on insurance). Still taking orders online though! Still advertising 'phone lines open til late' on their website! Interestingly, they are still active in attempting to massage their scores on review sites. They won't respond to you as to why they haven't delivered your order and are holding your money, but they act very promptly to try get negative reviews removed! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I would also give no stars if that was an option - absolutely appalling service and frighteningly similar to all the other 1 star reviews! I ordered a bed 5 weeks ago to make sure I got the nominated delivery day I needed. I deliberately reconfirmed on Monday that it would be delivered and told it would be. So I confirmed my day off work with colleagues, only to be told the next day that the delivery will be another 2 weeks yet!!! Going by the other reviews, I doubt that will happen either though... Customer service couldn’t care less which has just made me even more furious with this company and am now doubting that the bed will be of any decent quality when it arrives. I’d rather cancel completely and give my business to a company that cares even a little, but even that’s not an option?!! There are so many places that sell beds - better to choose any one apart from this one.

I only put a 1 as there was no 0. Almost 2 months have past and bed still not delivered. Was told delivery would be last Wed. Nothing. No replies to my emails since then. The worst experience of a company yet.

This company makes false promises. After waiting for 3 months I still haven’t received my bed and no one from bed factory direct hasn’t been in contact with me.

Sent me a busted bed which I had to take delivery of at 6am. Had to wait another week for the drawer only to miss delivery because they always show up at a ridiculous hour of the morning. I called the driver 10 mins after he left only for him to tell me I have to wait another week. Who delivers at 6am!? Ridiculous!

The product itself is good, very good value for money and almost as good as the caspar, eve, simba style mattresses. However Beds factory direct is a shambles- the product didnt turn up on multiple occasions. Having waited in the apartment on multiple days to receive the product- there was no communication as the mattress didnt show. Email communication was slow and there was no information that I wouldn't be receiving my delivery. I even had to move out a few nights as i was without a mattress for so long. The company excuse was to blame the courier- however as I bought the product through them and not the courier- i felt that it was up to BFD to source better partners to deliver the products. Terrible service, terrible communication, no compensation for missing work and no where to sleep, its a company that doesnt care about its customers- there are 100s of better places to buy from.

I was then promised to receive the bed early in the new year. Again and again the order was delayed and I was promised an additional day for delivery. After two months of broken promises, I discovered the bed still hadn't even arrived from the supplier! I decided to cancel the order, and ordered the bed directly from the suppliers at 60% the original cost.

Lack Of Customer Care Delivery fails to turn up on the day specified and paid for but turns up 3 days later. My issue here is that they just don't care that they failed to get this right fist time. No offer of goowill for their failure and refusal to refund the delivery charge just shows the lack of care for their customers.

This company breaches all forms of false advertising, and has appalling customer service. Make false promises. 1 week lead-time 2 months later still no bed, and further delays.

I ordered a bed online on October 17th. At the point of completing the order, when asked, I selected November 19th for delivery. I had a confirmatory email- which also told me I would get an email nearer the time confirming delivery details. Several days before Nov 19th I emailed BFD to check the delivery was still on for the 19th. I was told it was. A few days later, before November 19th, I phoned- I hadn’t had any emails and wanted to check the delivery was still on for the 19th. Assurances were given. At 5 pm on the 18th I had an email from XPD saying they had collected the bed and giving me tracking details. That was it. Nothing else. So I waited. Nothing. All morning on the 19th I checked the XPD tracking. No change. At 2. 30 in the afternoon it said the bed was at the delivery depot. I phoned bedfactorydirect. Several times. “No idea when it will be delivered. It’s down to the courier. My guess is that it won’t even be today. Our website tells you that you selected a preferred date for delivery. We can’t promise you’ll get a delivery on the date you choose. The courier is a different company. We have no control over them.” I phoned three times. Similar responses. No update from the courier- no attempt by BFD to help. BFD had over a month in which to ensure I got the goods when I requested. To blame the courier is unacceptable. I know XPD don’t have the greatest reputation (so why do BFD use them?) but there seems to be a systemic failure within BFD I cancelled the order when told by bedfactory that delivery would likely be as late as 26th or 27th November and I saw no change in the XPD tracking information. I emailed bedfactory and also phoned. I was told on the phone that they would do the credit immediately. They didn’t. I had a ticket raised by my email asking for the refund….saying someone would be in touch within 24 hours. They weren’t. I sent another email 2 days later- another ticket. This time I got a reply. Refund promised. The three different individuals I spoke with at the company all seemed pleasant enough and vaguely sympathetic: their actions, or rather lack of action, suggests complacency….and/or poor systems within the company. I fear for their employment- because if the company continues to give its customers experiences such as I had, their jobs will go when the company fails.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Honestly the worst company at I’ve dealt with. I looked at reviews of this company before buying but I wish I had ignored the good ones. I ordered a bed 10 days ago, they took 9 days to order it with their supplier. In that time it went out of stock. I got an email just after 9am the day before delivery saying my bed has been dispatched. 4 hours later I get an email saying it’s out of stock. All I got from Bed Factory was a sorry, you can order a more expensive bed and then the awful excuse of that’s how we do business. I’ve been waiting for 10 days for my bed and the day before delivery they tell me it’s out of stock and they’re the ones at fault - if they had ordered it when I had ordered it, I would have my bed. They didn’t care about my complaint, they don’t care about their customers. I wouldn't used this company in the future if someone paid me. I’m now waiting for a refund, to wait even longer to buy another bed from somewhere else. Disgusting company and awful customer service. AVOID.
