“Storage Bed should of come with a net , it didn't , we are getting conflicting stories some say you just store things on the floor others say it should come with a net to keep your things off the floor , which makes more sense and why we bought it , we have been waiting for over two months for the net to arrive after some one eventually said it should come with a net and it will be with you by the end ow the week . Which week ?...”

“The bed arrived dirty with marks all over it. Bolts and washers was missing. And there was no instructions to how to build the bed”

“Bed Factory Direct could not have been more helpful. I managed to get a superb king size end opening ottoman storage bed with an excellent quality mattress for a fantastic price. It was called a "bed bundle" and they even included a free headboard. The delivery men were really good and took it upstairs to the bedroom even though it was a very tight squeeze to get it in. I am very pleased with the ottoman storage design which includes two hydraulic things (don't know the proper word) so I can lift up the base really easily even with the king size, heavy mattress on top. These were a bit stiff to start with, but I phoned the store and they told me what to do and now they work perfectly. I have no hesitation in recommending this company - helpful staff; good qualtity product and excellent delivery service.”

“The slats on the bed keep falling out of there holes (so the mattress falls though to the floor would not recommend”

“Very good website, easy to use and both purchases arrived on the confirmed date. Very happy with the bed and the two mattresses we ordered. One thing to improve the service would be to be given an expected delivery time even if it was only confirmed as morning or afternoon. Would definitely use again and have recommended to a few people.”

“The bed and mattress and super value, and great products that I would happily pay more for. However, I do have to score down a little as an item (duvet) was left off my delivery and only turned up a few days later! It was intended to be used straight away, so we had to jugs use a blanket for the first couple of nights - not good! No compensation/refund was offered either, which disappointed me in terms of customer service.”
