“The customer service was excellent; easy to order and communication from company was personal and friendly. Well done. The product wasn't of as good quality as the service. When assembled onto bed, the headboard was still wobbly and while it looked good I think it's days are numbered. It's not substantial enough to sit up in bed and lean against. So, disappointing.”

“Fantastic service. It was our first time ordering with your company. Your prices were certainly the lowest around and delivery was next day with no problems. We had a children's single bed and mattress and we are more than happy with our purchase. Highly recommend.”

“Really happy with the bed I ordered. However it arrived much earlier than I asked, so nobody was there to take the delivery. The delivery man then attempted to store the package under the stairs in front of my neighbours flat (in the pouring rain). My neighbour intervened and kindly kept it in his flat until I got home. But I had actually requested a delivery date a week later to ensure someone would be at home. It all turned out well and I got my bed a week early, but could have ended up with a soggy pile of wood too.”

“Very easy to order online! The bed arrived very fast and was packaged well! Very easy to assemble as the instructions were clear so it really didn't take that long! It was exactly how it looked on the website and was it great condition and I absolutely loveeee it! It looks so luxurious but it was such a good price it's a win win situation. Would use this company again 100%!”

“The delivery was quick and the men put the beds in the room of my choice, the beds are excellent very well made, the mattresses are well made and very comfortable, we are very pleased with our purchase and have already recommended Bed factory to friends and family.”

“Bed itself was good when it turned up. Did not deliver on the day they stated, took a day off work to await delivery wasted. Customer services not helpful, don't answer calls, when you get through fob you off and do not offer any help. Will avoid this company at all costs in the future.”
