“THe product is great, easy to assemble and with all the necessary parts. The only problem is if you advertise next day delivery can you make it the next day not 2 days later?”

“Very pleased with the delivery and my bed, I would recommend this product to anyone, I have and do suffer from back pain and sleepless nights, but with a good bed like the one I brought, not a problem.”

“My mattress was delivered quickly and efficiently. It has now been in use for two weeks. I have found it to be a good quality item, with just the right amount of firmness, complemented by a memory topper to add comfort. Good value for money Thank you.”

“I recently stayed at Chester's no.1 B&B Stone Villa and they use your mattresses. Myself and my wife were massively impressed with how comfortable the Voyager Mattress was and would go as far as to say the comfort and great night's sleep was first class. I therefore made further inquiries as to where the B&B B owners purchased the mattress from and they stated yourselves. Must say I am impressed with quality and price.”

“Ordered on the 06/01/16 a bed though yourself's to be supplied by Sealy beds, paid in full on the same day, the delivery date was the 29/01/16, on the 07/01/16 we changed the bed type to a updated one for the sole reason the bed i ordered was no longer available, on the 27/1/16 i rang yourself's to confirm time of delivery, you said you check and come back to me, the following day i got a call from Sealys, in a nut shell, the bed has not been manufactured due to Sealys not been able to contact me, i may have missed their calls, but no answer message was left and no e-mail received, Sealy then said it would be three more weeks before the bed would be available, i said i was going to cancel the order witch i did and a refund was received from yourself's, Sealy at one point asked me to contact the delivery driver because he would have the bed and holding it for delivery, (which was not true), i also said this should not be down to me to sort out, i got back to Seals and to the same person, she admitted what she told me about the delivery driver holding the bed was incorrect, some thing very strange about this order, i think its a bit more than a lack of communication, your staff were very helpfully and very polite, but there was a break down some where in the system, i got a new bed from Sealys last year through Benson's Beds, Benson's sorted every thing out in one go and what they said would happen with each stage of the order did, sorry i have now returned to Benson,s Beds. dave morris”

“The reviews I read I saw a lot of problems with the delivery, I tried to ask for an afternoon slot well after 12.30pm when someone would be home from work to take the delivery. Unfortunately the time slot given covered from about 11am to 2.30pm. I tried to get this changed and was told if the driver had other deliveries in the area they could try and rearrange the deliveries so they would arrive later in the day but in this case I was the only delivery in the area that day so they could not do much but maybe hope for heavy traffic. So I thought we were going to have problems, I expected the driver to arrive before anyone was home to knock on the door and get no answer and go away. I think the driver was excellent as was our neighbour as the driver tried the neighbours found one in and left the bed with them which was a brilliant result and not what I expected because of the reviews. So I would say the transport company was excellent. With regard to the Bed this is a well made bed, I have had several wonderful nights sleeps on this and my new mattress and the under storage space is massive the bedroom is a lot less cluttered and under the bed now has stuff that is stored dust free (Almost!) - Good Service, Good product would certainly recommend.”

“Item received damaged, reported to customer service which I followed up with emails, telephone calls and pictures. Spoke to 4 or 5 different employees who all assured me that they would get it sorted, as of today (29/01/2016) I have still not had a reply, I feel this service is disgusting. Order no #100009431”
