“Birthday party cancelled due to covid19. Weather set to be lovely so took a gamble on this slide. Our 6 year old understood his party could not go ahead. Think he’s had more fun this past 3 days! This slide is fantastic!!! So easy to set up, and surprisingly not too bad to pack away! We are delighted! More to the point, once he is allowed friends around it will create a load more fun all over again. A worthy investment in our opinion! Yes you need good weather, but the exercise the kids get from this is second to none under the circumstances. Had to call customer services twice, both times it was our mistake not checking the box contents properly, but the chap Matt was extremely courteous and polite, very helpful. At first I thought their was too much air being released, I could hear faint whistling sounds. This turned out to be normal and expected. The slide would of course pop otherwise!! We recommend this as a great investment, will get your money worth out of it keeping young ones happy for hours!”

“Absolutely first class service. I’m so pleased I chose this company to purchase the bouncy castle from. My granddaughter loves it. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I phoned to enquire if the bouncy castle was in stock, they confirmed it was and took my order; it could have been done online but I preferred to order over the phone.”

“Arrived in very good time 2 days delivery. The size and quality was as illustration and very easy to install. From unboxing to installation took about 30mins. It was very easy to put away as well. My boys are very happy with it, 6+ and 3years old. It comes really highly recommended.”

“Our 7 year old twins love this Bouncy Castle. BeBop Customer Service fab - delivery within 48 hours, Make sure you have a long extension lead suitable for the garden, & a ground sheet would be a bonus to keep the underside clean for when storing away. Highly recommend. Thank you Bebop. :0)”

“Spoke via online chat to confirm if the company was still running or in lockdown. Was told still open and delivery would be two working days. Ordered on Thursday arrived Monday. Two very happy children 5 and 4 Haven't come off it in 3 hours Seems to be good quality”
