“The bouncy castle was sent out in two parts. We received one part yesterday but the other part with the pump was missing. I can also see it is not out for delivery today either. Our daughter was looking forward to using the bouncy castle yesterday and we had to tell her that she couldn't and now we are going to have to do the same today!! We ordered the bouncy castle last Wednesday. Where is the 48 hour service??? Terrible service. If I had of known this was the delivery we where going to recieve after paying £450 I wouldnt have bothered buying from your company. Why would both parts not be delivered together?? Definitely wouldnt not be recommending to anyone else. Absolute joke!!”

“Excellent all round! I rang the company before ordering to clarify a couple of points and spoke to a very helpful man. Ordered and the water slide was delivered within 3 days. Product is amazing and has been a life saver for our children (7 & 10) providing lots of fun in lockdown times. We have even been on it a few times😳😜”

““After my twins birthday party and our holiday got cancelled In March due to recent events globally I decided to use the money to buy the total wipeout bouncy castle and water slide ... honestly this is the best money spent. My twins who are 7 are just having the best time with this bouncy castle .the weather is just perfect ....especially this easter bank holiday weekend and with the added bonus of having the water slide and pool ...amazing customer service . Thanks BeBop for making such a turbulent time for everyone at the moment a little bit more normal knowing that my kids can still have fun ... I highly recommend this company ... we are looking at purchasing something else in the very near future ... many thanks for a quick and safe delivery”
