“B&B have been the source of bed linen & towels for both my rental & home for many years now. Fantastic quality, good value, great cheery efficient customer service & fast delivery. Why go anywhere else? Guests sleep on it or dry themselves on it and wax lyrical.”

Good Afternoon Alex, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and we're sorry to hear that you're unhappy with our service. Your order was placed on the evening of May 6th, packed on the 7th and sent via DPD on the 10th. The parcel arrived in Italy on the 12th. It then had to clear customs which took until the 17th and it's out for delivery today the 18th. Sadly we are not able to control the time it takes for items to clear customs, had this not been necessary then delivery would have only been 3 working days which we think is pretty good. Tracking information was sent to the email address you gave us along with delivery notification giving a 2 hour time slot apologies if you did not receive this? I'm wondering if there's been an issue with yours/our emails as we have not received any emails from you to our customer service department? We wish you happy travels in your camper and hope that you enjoy your sheets.

“After spending hundreds on bedding trying to find something that felt like the linen I've encountered in high end hotels I finally found what I was looking for at Beaumont & Brown. Their linen is luxurious and is a pleasure to sleep within. The only trouble is having to get out of bed.”

“2 row blue bedding set. Excellent quality, my partner talked me into the purchase as she has been using the bedding for a number of years. Only down side was delivery, no notification of dispatch given, they just arrived lucky I was at home.”
