“Disappointed as even though they went into my previously brought Beaumont and brown pillow protectors had great difficulty placing them with a squeeze into my white company pillowcases I thought a standard size was a standard size”

We suspect the White Company pillowcases have shrunk and perhaps were quite small when they were made. Worth measuring. Pillowcase should be 52x76cm

“Well, I bought 2 Sets (of sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases) ; a King in White and a Super King in Latte: £340.80. However, on arrival both sets were white. So I thought I’d get this resolved quickly by phone. Could I find the phone number? Could I, once I’d eventually found the phone number get it to be answered? No! Customer service 0/10. So, i searched out their customer service email address. Found that eventually. Even got a reply. Turns out to be a hollow message: ‘You’ll receive your parcel tomorrow.” Nothing arrived. Tracked it. “It’ll arrive the following day”. Nothing arrived. Checked again today, Sunday, “ Parcel at Newtown DPD”. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. How does the company plan to compensate me for this?”

“After staying at friends house and sleeping in Beaumont & Brown bedding I made a purchase the next day. Beautiful bedding. Soft and very comfortable, you really can feel the quality. Fantastic service as well, as in my rush to order I mistakenly purchased a Flat Sheet rather than a Fitted Sheet. One quick phone call and my error was swiftly rectified. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy again.”

“Bought the 'Down surround/feather mix savoy pillow' as a birthday present for my husband after he'd liked it at our holiday let. We'd previously spent much more on a Dorma pillow which quickly disappointed. Not only is this a fantastic pillow but it was very reasonably priced in the -20% sale! Previously my husband had used two pillows (one down for softness, one feather for support) but this height was causing him neck and back pain. Now he uses just the one pillow and has no pain. Very happy”
