“Items not received yet. No communication to explain. Tracking details just took me to a website for booking delivery with no method of tracking visible.”

Dear Jackie Thank you for your review. As per our communications, Bstar VIP will contact you to arrange delivery of the fragile furniture direct to your door. We do not use overnight carriers for large and fragile items. The goods were collected from the warehouse on the 19th May as notified so please check your emails and messages for carrier contact.
