“Only received 1 of my 3 items ordered 16 days ago which all showed in stock for delivery straight away. Emailed and no response. Still in the dark, spent nearly £1000. Will have to go through my credit card for a refund”

“Absolutely shocking customer service. I returned an item and have now been asking for my money back for 4 weeks. It takes them a week to respond to my messages and then no refund is given. I have had to resort to leaving a negative review. Order number is SI-19723. You emailed me on 6th April asking 'We understand you have changed your mind and that you are now requesting a refund?'....I have confirmed about seven times by email and three times over the phone that yes I want a refund and not credit to the store with absolutely no reply. Please respond to my emails and tell me why you are not refunding my money when I have clearly requested this six weeks after I have returned your item.”

“I Was looking for a “statement clock’ for our large mantle piece and saw this at a reduced price which was much cheaper than our local high end department store so having seen it already ‘in the flesh’ in said Dept store and knowing it would look fabulous I bought it from Beaumont’s website and it arrived within a few days and does make a statement !
