“We had already purchased two of these throws from another supplier whilst on holiday. We knew we liked the quality of the product. Three things made Beaumonde stand out. First was the website, clear, concise and very easy to use. Secondly, perhaps as you would expect, the products were exactly as we ordered and are very happy with. Lastly, and most importantly is the customer service and experience. Yes, we got the automated email confirming our order, the more personal email the next day thanking us was a nice touch and in these days of the 'impersonal' it actually meant a lot to us. Delivery was on time and it is nice to feel that order was appreciated by the company. We could not recommend Beaumonde any better than saying thankyou, it really has been a pleasure and we look forward to shopping with you again.”

“Quality of the sideboard was excellent. The email from Charlotte thanking me for the order was also good. I was a bit confused about my delivery as this wasn't;t clear at the time of booking and it wasn't until this was clarified that I had to choose between kerb side delivery or pay a further £120 if they wanted to bring it into the house. Just thought this should have been advised at the time of ordering and paying. Would use again, but request clear information please on delivery. Thanks”

“I ordered the giraffe light and have been extremely happy. The delivery was prompt and everything extremely well packaged (so well I had quite the fight to get it out the box but certainly ensured nothing would be damaged). The lamp does need an adapter but other than that I was very pleased and would certainly buy again from Beaumonde.”
