“Very stylish and a sensible size. The glass is quite thin so no robust handling! The caps on the stoppers are snug fitting so there is a danger that removing the caps will pull out the stopper as well - especially on a bottle used for oil. Oil inevitably runs down to the stopper and coats the side of the stopper, which causes this effect. The answer is to (a) wipe the side of the stopper free of oil and (b) apply a little oil around the top of the spout so that the stopper comes off easily. Voila!”

“The Apple & Elderflower has a lovely fresh scent. Placement of order to delivery was uncomplicated and satisfactory, and packaging all recyclable. It would be good if you would include a range of refills as option as I would like to be able to re-use the attractive container. I have for many years bought from Branche d'Olive because they do a range of refills in plastic bottles. Thankyou. Pat”

“Quality of the sideboard was excellent. The email from Charlotte thanking me for the order was also good. I was a bit confused about my delivery as this wasn't;t clear at the time of booking and it wasn't until this was clarified that I had to choose between kerb side delivery or pay a further £120 if they wanted to bring it into the house. Just thought this should have been advised at the time of ordering and paying. Would use again, but request clear information please on delivery. Thanks”

“I am really pleased with my Geraldine giraffe lamp, but I liked the blue shade which is how it appeared on the web site. It also had a continental plug on it which is useless in this country. I did mention this and was told it was no problem and they would send me one. I had to buy one as this did not arrive. Just a couple of niggles but lamp is really nice. Kind regards Deirdre Walsh”

“Beaumonde, the company and service itself was wonderful, good communication, timely delivery. Unfortunately the product I bought (bloomingville kitchen towel dispenser) is a bit rubbish. Not great quality- rough finish and not fit for purpose as it doesn't allow the kitchen roll to turn inside, so it just holds the roll, you have to remove it to get any towel. Great company- disappointing product.”
